SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are subject to a ₹50 shipping charge. For every COD order there will be a partial pre payment required to secure the order.

Please note that this fee will be deducted from the final amount to be paid during delivery.

In the case of RTO due to the customer not accepting the order (i.e. refusing to accept the order) during delivery and not responding to calls or messages, the partially prepaid COD fee will not be refunded.

When will I receive my order?
Every order will typically take 3-4 business days to ship from our warehouses. Depending on your address, the product should reach you in 4-8 business days from the date of shipment.

However, in certain cases, there may be delays that occur that are beyond our control and we apologize for such instances. Please note that the timelines specified above are only estimates.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
All the orders that are sent out are insured. If an order gets lost during the delivery process, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our return and refund policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

How do I return damaged / incorrect products?
Waterlife strives to ensure the quality of products shipped. Incase of any product that is incorrectly delivered or damaged upon receiving, kindly contact us immediately and your request shall be reviewed by our quality team. You should receive a response within 24 hours of making the request.

Alternatively you can also WhatsApp us on +91 90439 82996 or message us on Instagram @waterlife.co.in with the incorrect / damaged product images and the order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds for any amount paid. We only process a store credit for all orders.

Terms & Conditions:
1. All products purchased during sale are not eligible for exchange/return.
2. Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery
3. If any item is found to be used, we will not process the return/exchange request and will only ship the returned item back on payment of shipping charges

You can send it back in its “original/unused” condition to us within 3 business days of the delivery via any courier. If all the return conditions are met, we will either replace it with another product of the same value or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a voucher.

Will I have to pay for returning the product?
For any defects/damaged products, we will bear the shipping charges. However, for any exchange requests from your end, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.

Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
Refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. A Customer can cancel the order within a maximum of 12 hours after placing the order. Please email your request to cancel to hello@waterlife.co.in. Cancellation Charges for any order cancelled after 1 hour has elapsed since the order was placed are as follows:

1. 50% of order value if cancelled after 12 - 24 hours of placing the order.

2. 75% of the order value if cancelled any time post 24 hours.
